COVID-19 Preacautionary Measures
For the safety of all paratransit riders and spread of COVID 19, thermometer readings are being performed prior to boarding of buses and vans. Riders with temperature readings beyond 100 degrees will be refused a ride and will be informed to call 911 for transportation to GMH. Riders who need transportation to their place of residence may call GRTA when released from GMH.

As of 16 March 2020, Fixed and ParaTransit Services are operating as scheduled until further notice.

To prevent the spread of Covid -19 virus with an overabundance of caution, we ask our riders to practice the proper precautions as per the directive by the Governor's Office, Office of Homeland Security, Dept of Public Health & Social Services to practice social distancing by limiting your social contact to emergency and essential purposes only.

To reduce the chances of spreading the virus, please limit the use of your transit services for essential uses such as pharmaceutical, dialysis, medical and groceries. By reducing your contact, you can help prevent the spread. If you are sick, please stay at home and contact your doctor and/or health provider.

This is to ensure the health and wellness of our community, riders, and staff. Our administrative office will be minimally operating to support operations for the time being.

As per Executive Order #2020-09 all Fixed Routes and Paratransit riders are required to wear face masks upon entering our vehicles.
