Walk-in to our Main office located at 542 North Marine Corps Drive, DPW Compound Building B, Second Floor (if you are unable to ascend the stairs, please contact our office and we will accommodate you). Submit your complaint via e-mail at ride@grta.guam.gov or mail it to us at P.O. Box 2896 Hagåtña Guam 96932. Once your complaint has been submitted, it will be reviewed/investigated as soon as possible; you will also receive a follow-up call or email.
