Q: Will there also be a 24 hour service available for the public transit?

Q: Where can we get help with regards to Amble?
A: At grta.guam.gov/amble. If you need assistance, first visit our grta.guam.gov/amble. Read through the guideline information for both the online and app version. If you need further assistance, you can email grta.guam.gov and request assistance in the use of the app or online. If you need further assistance, please call to schedule an appointment at 647-7433.
Q: Will the app notify us if there are any accidents?
A: No, this is an app that will allow for you to manage your trips and request trips. However, GRTA does have the capability to send an automated notification to your phone such as a natural disaster that will prevent GRTA to remain operational.
Q: Will GRTA be offering assistance via telephone to those who may have difficulty with establishing an email?
A: GRTA can assist our paratransit customers via telephone but if the need to assist requires more time, it would be best to set up an appointment. Please call or email ride@grta.guam.gov to schedule your appointment. and we will take your number so we can make an arrangement.
Q: Which has a priority amble or call center?
A: Both the calls and the amble app are managed by our Dispatchers/Schedulers within the Transportation Management Center. Whether by phone, online or app. They are the same.
Q: Will the reservation on the amble app conflict with phone in reservation?
A: No. It is a matter of your preference as far as a user, you can request to schedule by phone or on the app. If you use your app, the information is provided to you on your app and online allowing you the convenience of knowing the status of your request and managing your trips.
Q: Can you provide a recording of the December 16, 2020 Public Forum on Amble?
A: Yes, it will be available on our website as soon as we can. We are targeting it's availability on the amble page on Dec 18, 2020.
Q: Will we also be able to share comments or recommendations/ bugs on the app?
A: The app currently does not support bug reporting or ride reviews. We do expect these features In the future. The best way to report this information is by contacting GRTA at ride@grta.guam.gov
Q: Can we have the name of common places instead of addresses or both to identify the trips were scheduling?
A: Currently the addresses of your 9 commonly traveled places can be on your favorite addresses. We have submitted this request and will advise once this becomes available in the future.

PARATRANSIT

A. No, this is part of our paratransit service. For further details on our paratransit service, see our paratransit services menu. Also, for our paratransit riders our vehicles are equipped to serve scooters and wheelchairs that meet the ADA standards. If you feel you may have concerns about your scooter or wheelchair, please email us at ride@grta.guam.gov to answer your concerns.
