GRTA Transit Upgrade Plans and discussions continue in Agana Heights.

Interim Executive Manager Tyrone Taitano met with Agana Heights Mayor Richard Arroyo to introduce plans to upgrade the GRTA transit system, beginning with the expansion of routes island-wide.

GRTA will meet with all 19 village mayors to introduce this initiative and get their valuable input on expanding routes in their respective villages.
